well, we’ve (and by “we” i, of course, mean “abe”) started on the floor; the underboards are down (they are pegboard with out the peg holes. i am looking forward to seeing it finished, if not because it will look nicer, than because of the fact that the microwave will be back in its normal habitat, instead of in the living room. i could take a picture, but i am so lazy. also, it is dark right now (it is only 18:06 CST), because there will probably storming soon. in other (crappy) news, i’ve found out that i may or may not be graduating this semester, as i had originally planned. that would certainly put a damper on a lot of things, and while i hold some of the blame, more can be attributed to my friendly advisor. in a related note, i am going to my new school tomorrow to register for classes. also, while this may not be mentioned on the website anywhere else, i am a pretty avid biker. although last summer i didn’t do much because i currently own a crappy bike. but on my mind now is a new one. i don’t know when, but it will be mine. i’m thinking that now i’m hungry. let me know what you’re thinking.

first off, let me state that i think abe said he’d never trade for anything less than the aforementioned EXT or Escalade or what have you. also, he is a person who has a fit if the back seat of a car doesn’t have any headrests. seriously; every time we’d see a jeep cherokee, he’d complain about there not being headrests for the back passengers, even if it was just in passing. sure, headrests are great, but abe has had people ride in the back of his car maybe five times in the year he’s owned it. i don’t think that headrests should necessarily be at the top of his list. as for my car? yeah, i have headrests, and they’re all adjustable. in other news, i just saw the commercial for the Passat with the new W-8 engine…that is soooo cool. and brilliant. i look forward to seeing what engine gets used in the next generation S4. Before you dismiss the idea of an 8-cylinder engine in a car the size of or smaller than an Accord, remember that Mercedes did it with their C43 AMG, and that engine was bigger. also on veedub’s site is the new GTI 337 edition, which is pretty awesome, if i do say so, and i do say so. so check that out. i mean, check it out…
